An Elizabeth I silver-gilt mounted tiger-ware jug, the spreading circular foot and neck mount engraved with stylised foliage and strapwork, the fluted domed cover with lobed thumbpiece and squat baluster finial, apparently unmarked, circa 1570, the stoneware restored, height 8½in.
