Comprising oval basin by F.A. Boulanger, two boxes and a chocolate-pot by Pierre-Noël Blaquière, a box and a chamberstick, Saint-Petersburg, 1868, a rectangular cut-glass and silver box by P. Taratte, six cut-glass and silver flagons, various boxes, a mirror with water-leaf rim and three tortoise-shell combs on the reverse, a plated box, a knife with mother-of-pearl handle and different instruments, each piece in fitted wooden room, the whole set in mahogany fitted case signed Aucoc, Bté du Roi, rue Saint-Honoré, n. 154 à Paris inset with gilt copper ornament, the hinged cover engraved with monogram PMG beneath crown.

The crowned monogram is probably that of Prince Mikhael Galitzine.
