Ninety moths, in five or six columns, belonging to a variety of families including the NOCTUIDAE. The plate is dominated by four noctuids, Erebus (36,37) and what is probably a species of Parallelia (38,39)

NOCTUIDAE (e.g. 3-9, 19-24), the SATURNIIDAE (silk moths, 10-15, 17,18), and the HEPIALIDAE (1,2). Most of the noctuids are examples of the fruit-piercing Othreis and related "yellow underwing" genera, such as Eudocima and Khadira
