Woven with a central roundel of a contorted dragon surrounded by four dragon spandrels, reserved on a rosette coffer-lattice ground, all within dot and chain bands within a peony meander border, picked out in shades of indigo, ochre, red and green, reserved on a gold metallic thread ground--85½ x 47½in. (214.8 x 120.6cm.)
