The huanghuali flat-topped domed cover above the pair of burlwood paneled doors with rabbeted lips on the tops locking the chest when the cover is shut, the interior with an upper tray above a series of drawers with pulls, all fittings of baitong, the sides with bail handles, the top with ruyi-head corners, the sides of the cover with rectangular corner pieces, the doors with rectangular hinges and pulls, the cover and doors with a single large circular escutcheon and ruyi-head latch--13¾in. (34.9cm.) high, 15½in. (39.4cm.) wide, 10in. (25.9cm.) deep
