Of oval form, on pierced wirework base with applied roundels, the body with similar wirework with swags, ram's heads and lion's heads, with foliate roundels at intervals, with beaded rim, the overhead handle with applied beading and a band of flowers with a vacant central reserve, the field engraved with armorials in an oval cartouche, marked on body near handle joins and on handle--13 3/4in.(35cm.) diameter
