Of baluster form, on four scroll feet headed by acanthus leaves, the fluted body part-chased with foliate scrolls and blossoms, with scroll handle with ivory insulators, with scroll spout, the upper neck chased with similar decoration, the hinged with similar fluting and baluster finial with ivory join, engraved on side with a crest within a rocaille cartouche, marked under base, on handle and cover and stamped STORR & MORTIMER--9 1/2in.(24.1cm.) high
