Of fluted bombe form, raised on four massive scroll feet, with two acanthus-clad scroll handles and everted foliate scroll rim, the fluted domed cover with elaborate acanthus scroll handle, the side engraved with a coat-of-arms and helm within foliate scroll mantling, the cover with a crest, marked under base, on cover and handle, also stamped Storr & Mortimer-- length over handles 15in.(38cm.)
