Cellini pattern, of baluster form, on circular base with lobes and foliage at intervals, the body chased with scrolls and foliage, acanthus leaves formed as a cartouche, the scroll handle with acanthus leaves and hinged trigger, the neck with similar foliate and guilloche decoration, the domed cover surmounted by an openwork scroll finial, engraved with a presentation inscription, marked under base, on rim, cover, handle and trigger, stamped with Register mark and 1268H --13 1/4in.(33.6cm.) high
