LATE 17TH CENTURY, PROBABLY COLOMBIAN
On spreading octagonal foot with punchwork border rising to a stem formed of alternating spools and disks, the domed foot repousse and chased with stylized foliate and "jewelled" decoration, applied with a band of beaded brackets, the cup with similar chasing below mid-band, apparently unmarked--8 5/8in.(22cm.) high
