The oblong agate case with rose-cut diamond, cabochon and calibré-cut sapphire clasp and hinge, the front decorated with a rose-cut diamond crown, mounted in platinum (agate case cracked), in a leather fitted case, circa 1910--4 x 1 5/8 x 3/4 in.
