A FRENCH SILVER GILT TWO HANDLED COVERED BOWL AND PLATE AND A SILVER CONDIMENT POT, the bowl and plate, Paris, 1819-1838, maker's mark of Veyrat, deep circular, on circular pedestal base, engraved with date 1844, with two elaborate foliate scroll handles, with conformingly decorated applied rims, the raised cover engraved with coronet and initials, topped by decorated ring handle, the circular plate with conforming rim, the bowl--6¾in. (17.1cm.) high, the plate--7¼in. (18.4cm.) diam., the urn form condiment pot on square pedestal base raised on four ball feet, with two part foliate scroll handles, with dentilated moldings, the raised cover topped by pineapple finial--5¾in.
