A GEORGE III SILVER URN, maker's mark of Robert Garrard I, London, 1807, spout removed, the partly fluted deep circular bowl raised on four columnar supports on lion's paw feet, supported on a waisted square platform, the raised center applied with covered urn, all raised on four ball feet, the body engraved obverse and reverse with coat of arms, motto, helm and crest, with two lion's mask drop ring handles, gadrooned rims, the partly fluted domed cover topped by bud finial--16in. (40.6cm.) high, 131.5oz.
