The present lot can most probably be identified with the painting of this subject and similarly large dimensions that was in the collection of Giuseppe de Dominicis, a Neopolitan doctor of laws, in 1742: Un altro dell'istessa misura [palmi sette in circa lunghi=about 175cm.] con sua cornice liscia dorata e rappresenta Lazaro resuscitato, dipinto da Andrea de Leone (see G. Labrot, Collections of Paintings in Naples, 1992, p. 436)
