An interesting album compiled by Colonel Calingaux, probably a member of the French or Belgian foreign service, comprised of genre and topographical views that include day-to-day activities such as hunting, cooking, boating, pottery-making, hairdressing, tribal customs and more,as well as portraits of individual warriors, military escorts, soldiers and family groups.
