The printer Lopukhin was a freemason and an author and translator of philosophical works. When Catherine the Great turned against the masons, Lopukhin was imprisoned, and 779 copies of this work were confiscated from Moscow bookshops. Svodnyi katalog 1633; Sopikov/Rogozhin 2207; not in Drage.
