Both with top-shoulder levels; magnum with bin-soiled label
"Still fairly deep with lovely gradation of colour to mature rim; cedary bouquet which needs coaxing out of the glass, originally dry, it now appears sweeter as the tannin have ameliorated. It remains full-bodied, fleshy, spicy, with a firm backbone. A top Latour vintage, better than the '52 and '53...Beautiful now but will continue to mature well into the 21st century." JMB
