Probably Bucks County, Pennsylvania, dated 1804
Rectangular, centering an elaborate multiple-bordered red, black and yellow pinwheel flanked above and below by a similarly colored rosette and an open tulip-decorated heart inscribed "1804" and surrounded on either side by highly decorated yellow, red and black framed pinwheel on a scrolled ground issuing lush red, yellow, blue, black and striped leaves, all above a solid black band inscribed below in fraktur lettering "Judiah Anders[in]"
