Centering a red and yellow heart inscribed with the birth and baptismal record of George Portzline, son of Frantz (sic) and Sabina (Heigel) Portzline on 2 June 1802, flanked on either side by large red birds with red and yellow wings, yellow singing bird with red and yellow wings, large green birds with red heads, yellow and green wings and yellow and red tails perched on thick scrolling green branch with yellow flowers, and centered above and below by black, red and yellow heart-petalled rossette, the lower flanked by an inscribed baptismal verse
