Each of shaped circular form on a spreading circular foot with a pierced acanthus and scroll rim surrounding animal masks at intervals below bands of stiff foliage and beading, rising to a knopped baluster stem elaborately decorated with bands of foliate scrolls, stylized foliage and lobes with conforming decoration on reeded and matted grounds, the sides pierced with anthemion and scrolls surrounded by reeded oval bands with stylized foliage, scrolls and ovals between, the center with a band of ovals surrounding an engraved coat-of-arms within a foliate scroll and fishscale cartouche with foliage swags, marked on bases, also stamped R&S GARRARD PANTON ST LONDON--9 1/8in.
