the figures modelled standing, Garibaldi with his right hand resting on the hilt of his sword, a cloak draped against his right leg, Shakespeare with his right elbow resting on a pile of books above a pedestal, each on titled shaped oval bases, circa 1864 (some overpainting to enamels, Shakespeare chipped to base and with two small associated cracks) -- 38cm. high
