The ornate outer-shell enhanced with brilliant-cut diamonds, and cabochon and calibré-cut rubies, emeralds and sapphires in a circular foliate motif, opening to reveal a smaller egg decorated with brilliant-cut diamond flowerheads within calibré-cut ruby or emerald borders, opening to reveal a third egg, this time of rock crystal and diamonds, designed as a four leaf miniature photo frame, with four gold display pedestals ensuite, 1990, 5.5cm. high, in original fitted presentation case, (two calibré-cut emeralds deficient)
