A Sèvres style blue-ground cup and trembleuse saucer
the cup of tapering cylindrical form, with entwined double loop handle with gilt foliate terminals, painted in the manner of Morin with harbour scenes of figures on shorelines amongst barrels, within gilt ovolos between panels gilt with oeil de perdrix, between entwined branches and gilt dentil rim, the saucer similarly decorated, imitation Sèvres marks, the porcelain probably 18th century, the decoration probably later (cup with rim chip, light rubbing to gilding)
