A half-timbered wooden dolls' house
of unusual design with three bays, three stories including attic, side windows and architectural details including Suffolk pargetting, fretwork ballustrading and decorated window frames, opening at the front of both parts to reveal five rooms and staircase hall, with original dark green paint and papers, fireplaces, chimney breasts and floor coverings, furniture of various dates including a Crown Staffordshire ewer and basin, carved bone drawing room furniture, glass decanter, pottery cats and a Britains high chair -- 43in. (110 cm.) high, 33in. (84cm.) wide and 18in. (46cm.) deep, circa 1910, with 1956 invoice from Gordan Hand, antique dealer and a letter from Vivienne Greene

No VAT will be charged on the hammer price, but VAT at 17.5% will be added to the buyer's premium which is invoiced on a VAT inclusive basis.
