Rugby Union 1939-40, very rare signatures of the Australian Rugby Union team touring England, including V.Wilson (captain), W.McLean, Ron Rankin, Keith Windon and others, on two pages of an autograph album (the war began the day after the team arrived in England and it was decided to send them back on the next available vessel. Two weeks later they commenced a hazardous return journey to Australia, adopting a zig zag course until Port Said, fearing a submarine attack. However they returned home safely.); sold with the signatures of Hubert Opperman 22/10/41 and Hockey Bennett (Welterweight Champion of Australia) 17/2/40
