Leading Airman Kenneth Edward Gammer was 'Mentioned' for his services aboard the Aircraft Carrier H.M.S. Eagle during the Suez Crisis. In support of the Anglo-French landings in November 1956 (a.k.a. 'Operation Musketeer'), the aircraft of Eagle's Fleet Air Arm Squadrons attacked a number of Egyptian targets.
