The length of the curving shaft ornamented with beaded molding, the top terminating in the head of a ram, notched below to allow the head to extend over the vessel rim, the lower terminal in the form of a relief plaque with a winged goddess, probably Lasa, wearing a peplos, the right arm akimbo, the plaque joined to the shaft by means of a foliate pattern below a large bead, 9in. (22.8cm.) long
