A GREEK BRONZE MIRROR COVER
Circa Late 4th Century B.C.
With an applied relief scene of Europa and the bull, with Europa, her mantle billowing behind her, revealing her torso, reclining on the back of the bull who leaps over the waves, a frolicking dolphin below, with grooves along the edge and side of the rim, some areas missing and restored, 6in. (15.3cm.) diam.
