Rectangular, the crenellated with band of laurels, the border engraved with coyotes and jack rabbits with scrolling foliage at intervals, the center engraved with a horse and clusters of arms surrounded by a band of foliate scrolls, and engraved with an owner's monogram, struck twice on border with head between crowned pillars of Hercules and initial O (Cristina Esteras Martin, Marcas de Plateria Hispanoamericana, 1992, no. 162)--15 15/16in.
