soft-ground etching, drypoint and aquatint, 1879, on wove paper, sixth (final) state, a proof apart from the total edition of about 8-10 impressions in this state (there were also 14 posthumous impressions in this state plus a few impressions in each of the earlier states), with wide margins, minor soiling in the margins, a tiny paper loss at the top margin edge, a short crease at the tip of the bottom left margin corner, remains of old glue at the reverse of the top margin edge, otherwise in good condition, framed
