etching in brownish-black, 1879-80, on laid paper, watermark Horn in a Cartouche with Pendant Initials, a very good impression with carefully directed tone in the water, fifth state (of eleven), signed with the butterfly and inscribed 'imp.' in pencil on the tab, two very skillfully repaired tears affecting the image at the bottom left, one 1-inch in length and the other 3/8-inch, otherwise in good condition, framed
