Private George Lambert, aged 30 years, of Itchington, Alveston, Bristol was killed in action on 13.11.1916 during the battle for Stuff Redoubt, Ancre Heights, on the Somme, while serving with the 10th Battalion Royal Welsh Fusiliers.
