8 (205 x 135mm). PRINTED ON VELLUM. Collation: A-I8 K4 a4. Metal-cut of a medical man on first leaf, 2 full-page cuts and 11 half-page, numerous smaller cuts, ALL COLOURED AND ILLUMINATED BY A CONTEMPORARY HAND, historiated borders to each page overpainted on 13, initials and paragraph marks in gold on pink or blue ground. 18th-century vellum over pasteboard.
RARE, not in Lacombe. Brunet calls for 84 leaves but appears to give the same collation, which is for 80 leaves. Brunet V, 1633, no.230.
