The superstructure with stepped pediment above a frieze drawer with female mounts above a hinged fall-front with a fitted yew wood-lined interior and racheted adjustable writing surface, the lower section with hinged slide enclosing a green leather writing surface with drawers above a frieze drawer on square tapering legs with splayed feet joined by an undertier-60in. (153cm.) high, 31in. (79cm.) wide, 25in. (63cm.) deep
