Of baluster form, the handles as winged nereids sitting on lion masks, their wings supporting the rim, their split serpent tails coiled on the shoulder, painted in shades of yellow, blue, green, ochre and manganese, moulded in high relief with Herculese Wresting Anteus and with Herculese Slaying the Centaur Eurytion, each scene within a moulded scroll cartouche surmounted by a mask and reserved on a blue ground, the trumpet foot moulded with four volutes--23in.
