Standing in dance posture on Kaliya, his right hand in abhayamudra, his left raised and holding the tail of the snake, molded with a five-headed canopy, with the busts of Kaliya and his consort below, placed on a lotus base, on a tiered square base, Krishna wearing a short dhoti engraved with flower heads, many body ornaments, including channavira, necklaces, pierced circular earrings, his face with arched eyebrows, almond-shaped eyes, aquiline nose, pouting lips, high chignon, the back of his head with cakra--26½in. (67.5cm.) high
