Surmounted by a gilt-bronze figure of the Emperor, shown in Roman armour and holding an orb, above a Corinthian column and square section plinth with Latin commemorative inscription, the stepped marmo portoro base possibly associated (some damages)

From the Roman Forum. Phocas (d.610 AD) reigned in Constantinople for eight years. He was responsible for converting the Pantheon into a Christian temple.
