A late 1960s blue denim shirt with mother-of-pearl buttons, labelled inside Fred Segal accompanied by three corresponding colour snap-shots of Presley wearing an identical shirt, while posing with fans outside his Los Angeles home, circa 1968 -- 4x4in. (11.5x10.2cm.); and a pair of cream linen trousers with gilt buckle detail to either side of the waist, labelled inside Sy Devore of Palm Springs, Hollywood, Las Vegas, additionally labelled Made For Elvis Presley accompanied by a corresponding colour snap-shot of Elvis beside Priscilla, wearing an indentical pair of trousers, the photograph apparently taken during their honeymoon in 1967 -- 3x3in. (8.9x8.9cm.); and a black and white photograph of the vendor posing with the shirt after winning it in a hospital raffle for Cancer Research in Bradford, circa 1970 -- 4x6in. (10x16.5cm.) (6)

According to the vendor, the hospital raffle which had the shirt as a prize, had been organized by a member of the Elvis Appreciation Society in Bradford. The shirt had been sent by Colonel Parker in response to their request. The trousers were another raffle prize, this time at a gala dinner organised by the Elvis Presley Appreciation Society at the Tavistock Rooms, Charring Cross Road, London on 6th February, 1971. They had been obtained by Peter Aldersley, a member of the appreciation society and an RCA representative in England.
