A rare Steiff centre seam teddy bear
with pale apricot mohair, black shoe button eyes, black horizontally stitched nose, black stitched mouth and claws, swivel head, long jointed shaped limbs, felt pads, hump and button in ear --10in. (25.5cm.) tall, circa 1908 (tummy squeaker inoperative, repair patches to pads, very small wear)
