The ealier date of the flywheel [circa 1870's] is likely to be correct for this pump as the stocks manufacutured at that date would have still been used even though the company had changed name

A single cylinder divers air pump by Siebe Gorman & Co, circa 1900
mounted within a cast iron 'A' frame, signed on the cross bar and numbered 3340 (lacks gauge), set within a green painted wooden housing with four iron rings bolted to front and back, with black painted cast iron flywheel stamped SIEBE with two cranks (wooden handles spliting) for operation, measurements over all -- 38 x 24 x 16in.
