Vase-shaped and on spreading circular base cast with lion's and ram's pelts and foliage border, the lower part of the body with a band of broad flutes, the upper part each cast and chased with differing Bacchic procession, the border with a band of flowers, foliage and scrolls on a matted ground, the inner rim with a band of leaves, with two vine and leaves-capped handles each terminating in satyr's masks, with a plain liner and a detachable matted fluted collar, each marked on base, body, foot, collar and liner, the liners stamped 'Fannire Fres'
