Item de morbis cutaneis & omnibus humani corporis excrementi, Basle: [preface dated 1577]. 2 parts in one volume, second part with separate title, woodcut device of Peter Perna on general title, woodcut initials, with final blank (very light spotting at beginning, occasional mainly marginal light waterstaining), later tree calf (lower joints and tail of spine skilfully repaired, spine with a few small wormholes).
