The first a balancing toy in two parts, depicting a carved figure of a woman wearing a headdress and long skirt holding an arched balance terminating on each side with a carved dumb-bell and balancing with one leg on a separate circular plinth held by a carved hand, all on a circular base; the second an abstracted carved animal figure whirlygig, with pointed ears, elongated face and abstracted humanoid body standing on two legs, the paddle baffles attached with heavy iron wire, all on a square base
