A Chinese armorial spoon tray
of hexagonal form with foliate rim, painted and gilt with a central crest bearing three lions and three crescent moons, surmounted by a further lion and bearing a motto, all within a spearhead border -- 5in. (13.4cms) wide, (motto rubbed); a Chinese export spoon tray painted en grisaille and gilt with a European lady seated beneath a tree beside a gentleman and before distant pavilions -- 4in. (12cms) wide; and an armorial octagonal dish bearing a further crest with the motto 'Virtute Et Amicitia' within spearhead borders -- 6in. (16cms) wide, Qianlong, the arms are of Jervis of Darlaston in Staffordshire.
