with Buddhistic lion finial, pierced upright handles and tapering mask feet, painted and gilt with shaped panels of warriors in combat and figures at work in tree strewn landscapes, all on a geometric and floral ground -- 12¾in. (32.4cm.) high; a pair of tapering vases with birds in flight below wisteria and before retreats and waterfalls in mountainous landscapes -- 7¼in. (18.4cm.) high; a koro and pierced metal cover, decorated with musical instruments and Noh costumes amongst scattered flower sprays -- 2¼in. (5.7cm.) high; and a miniature bottle and stopper painted and gilt with ladies and children -- 1½in. (3.8cm.) high, all signed, 19th Century. (5)
