GUISEPPE QUINTARELLI
This producer, the quintessential traditionalist of the region, has earned his international reputation by producer wines of imposing structure, character and ageing potential. The 12 hectare estate was founded in 1900 by Guiseppe's father and the wine-maker is Celestino Gaspari, Quintarelli's son-in-law. The wine remains in barrel for around 9 years and is bottled without filtration
