BERTANI
This important Veronese winery was founded in 1857 in Valpantena, north of Verona. These Amarones are made from a selection of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes, a portion of which are left to dry for around 120 days. The wines then spends around 8 years in oak barrels. These vintages are now scarce and only released in tiny quantities directly from Bertani's own cellars
