Property donated to benefit Storm King Art Center

Storm King Art Center is pleased to partner with Christie’s to present a selection of works donated by artists of the Art Center’s collection. Proceeds will benefit Storm King’s important work of protecting its 500-acre landscape, maintaining its incredible collection and supporting artists with new exhibitions and programs. The grouping includes works by artists Maya Lin and Richard Serra—who have created iconic commissions at Storm King –Storm King Wavefield and Schunnemunk Fork, respectively, as well as works by collection artists Zhang Huan, Ursula von Rydingsvard, and Johnny Swing, who all have sculptures currently on view at Storm King. This selection will be sold in the Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Sale on Friday, 18 November, as part of the 20th/21st Century sale series in New York. Viewing will begin on 12 November.
