Lot Essay

Piaget created the "Limelight Party Disco Ball" inspired by the disco ball of 1970's. Fitted with more than 100 pieces of brilliant-cut diamonds in a semi-spherical 18k white gold case, this fabulous timepiece was awarded the first prize in the Ladies' Jewellery Watch category at the Grand Prix de l'Horlogerie de Geneve.
