The spittoon enamelled in iron-red, green, aubergine, black and gilt enamels, the globular body decorated with three clusters of flowers, the wide everted rim moulded as a flower-head and encircled with formal stylised chrysanthemum scrollwork; and a bowl, the cinqafoil sides enamelled to the interior with flowering prunus and peony below a chocolate brown-edged rim
